At Kethi Copeland, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers, visitors to our web site and those of you who subscribe to our newsletter. We never sell or share personal data with other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists
When you sign-up to our email newsletter we collect the personal information that you give us; your e-mail address and name.

We use that information to send you newsletters from Kethi Copeland studio for marketing purposes. These newsletters may include invitations to shows and events, information about workshops, offers, crowdfunding, articles, stories and new art work.

We may also contact you to tell you information about  things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check that you’re happy and satisfied.

We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Third Party Processing
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to our mailing-list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button that is included in all our MailChimp newsletters.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
To remove your data from our mailing-list the easiest way is to unsubscribe using the link provided at the bottom of all our newsletters.
